This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, data loss, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Services exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

By accessing, using, or interacting with any of our offerings, you accept that any communications, messages, or statements from any party are the sole responsibility of the originating individuals or entities. StaVertical Systems, including all past, present, and future affiliates, platforms, and generated works, disclaims all liability arising from any such communications, including any claims for damages, loss, or injury of any kind.
For the purposes of this section, “Sites, Software, Systems, and Solutions” means any products, services, platforms, websites, applications, or other materials created, operated, or provided by StaVertical Systems, Site Mapper, or any related entity.
StaVertical Systems reserves the right to schedule and perform system maintenance, updates, patches, or infrastructure upgrades that may result in temporary service downtime. These maintenance windows may be required to improve functionality, ensure security, increase capacity, or transition part or all of the Services to a new platform or system. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, but no guarantee of continuous availability is provided.
StaVertical Systems reserves the right to discontinue or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to lack of financial viability, resource limitations, business restructuring, or changes in technology.
In the event of a shutdown or discontinuation of Services:
*No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription, license, or access period.
*You understand and agree that your continued use of the Services is at our discretion, and that prepayment does not guarantee continued availability.
*You may cancel your use of the Services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-use of the Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree not to pursue any refund, claim, or legal action related to the discontinuation of Services or prepaid access.
User Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given your consent for any minor dependents to access or use the Services under your supervision.

You acknowledge that content you submit—excluding payment details—may be transmitted across public and private networks without encryption and may undergo formatting adjustments to meet technical or compatibility standards of various systems and devices. However, credit card or payment information, when collected, is always encrypted during transmission over secure networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services, including your access to the Services or any features available through the website, without our express written consent.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StaVertical Systems, along with its affiliated entities, partners, licensors, service providers, contractors, agents, directors, officers, and employees, from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
your breach of these Terms of Service or any incorporated policies or agreements,
your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property or privacy rights), or
your misuse of the Services, software, or platforms provided by StaVertical Systems.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your use of the Services.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. StaVertical Systems reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of its Services without notice if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms. In such cases, you will remain responsible for any outstanding charges or obligations incurred before the termination date. We may also restrict or deny you access to the Services or any portion thereof.
